These rental rates are much cheaper than the short breaks charges – reflecting the advantage to the property owner of having a long term rental income for their flat, apartment or house.
In addition to the discounted rates you can also opt for the Serviced Apartment option which includes a weekly cleaning service plus fresh linen and towels each week.
Many property owners also offer a retainer rate – so if youre not actually occupying the property during the Long Stay Booking but need to return to it after a weeks trip home or something then that can offer additional ways of keeping your rental cost to a minimum (Terms and Conditions Apply).
Discount Rates for Longer Term Bookings:
- A second week will be discounted by 15%
- Weeks three and four will be discounted by 20%
- Weeks four plus will be discounted by 25%
Discount Rates for Last Minute Bookings:
- A booking to start within the next ten days will attract a 15% discount when paid in full!
- A booking to start within the next seven days will attract a 20% discount when paid in full!
- A booking to start within the next three days will attract a 25% discount when paid in full!
