Brighton Property Direct Find A Home service is aimed at those people who need to find the correct property for them – whether it be to buy or to rent.
Specifically aimed at people who are either moving to the area and are unfamiliar with the City, or those who are being relocated through their company, or simply those people who just don’t have time to conduct a full search themselves with all the time constraints and frustrations that entails!
The initial stage involves an extended interview with out Property Home Finder Partner – which will enable them to get a full understanding of your requirements and be able to advise you on what parameters are appropriate for the City and what you may expect in a Search.
If you decide to proceed with the service there is then a £495 registration fee – and this will provide you listing of up to 10 properties which match your specifications in the area you have chosen. At this stage you a welcome to conduct the rest of your search yourself if you so wish.
Alternatively you may commission our Brighton Property Home Finder Service to continue their study for you, and of those properties already identified, all will be visited and photos and background information made available to you – and ultimately a 3 property short-list compiled.
The aim is to take all of the leg work out of your search and to offer recommendations form someone who really knows the Brighton and Hove market.
The secondary level search is charged at an additional £495 for a rental search, and a 1.5% fee of the property purchase price for a property purchase search.
